A brand new Kildonan Fellowship Church location has opened in Winnipeg this week and locals are really excited to try it out.
“It’s really awesome to see Kildonan Fellowship Church branching out like this,” said churchgoer Alison Peters, 31. “I’ve tried their West Kildonan location and I’m only expecting good things form their new North Kildonan branch.”
Peters says he eagerly anticipates the new Kildonan Fellowship Church and is hoping their children’s programming is just as good as the original location.
“Let’s face it, it’s really the kids who make these kinds of decisions,” said Peters. “If they’re happy on Sunday morning than so am I. The gravy is just a bonus.”
Not everyone is excited about the new church, however.
“Once you’ve tried one KFC you’ve tied them all,” said a skeptical Harold Plett. “Besides I’m more of a Chicken Chef man myself.”
The new Henderson Highway KFC opens at 10:00 on Sundays, followed by adult formation and a light faspa.
