Winkler Co-op Named One of “World’s Greatest Places” by TIME Magazine

WINKLER, MB

TIME magazine has just declared the Co-op in Winker as one of the top 100 “greatest places in the world.”

“That’s just one more feather in our cap,” said Winkler mayor Henry Siemens. “We’ve always known the Co-op was a great place to meet a prospective spouse, but to see TIME magazine confirm over love for the Co-op is really quite the treat.”

The article praised the Co-op’s fast pumps, friendly service, and world class selection of zoat.

Knackzoat as far as the eye can see,” said TIME reported Douglas MacWiebe. “If you can only go to one convenience store/gas station this year, make it the Co-op in Winkler.”

The Winkler Co-op was the only such establishment making the list, ranking higher than Machu Picchu, The Las Vegas Strip, and The Smithsonian Institute.

“It was an easy choice,” said MacWiebe. “None of those places have even close to the zoat selection as the Winkler Co-op. Not to mention all the yerba mate. I mean, this decision really was a no brainer.”
