G7 Summit to Feature Crokinole Tournament

KANANASKIS, AB

After months of hostility and chaos across the globe, G7 leaders have decided to cool things down a little in Kananaskis with a nice friendly crokinole tournament.

“And the winner gets Greenland,” said German Chancellor Friedrich Merz. “I’m sure I can knips more twenties than that jackass in charge of the USA.”

Things got pretty heated after round two of the crokinole tourney, as Emmanuel Macron was accused of cheating for allowing a butt cheek to lift off his seat while shooting.

“We’ve got the British Prime Minister watching closely for that kind of thing,” said G7 host Mark Carney. “I can’t say I saw any violation myself, but he’s the expert, so who I am to second guess his judgment?”

The championship match will take place this Sunday afternoon in the EMBC church basement in Linden, Alberta.
