WASHINGTON, DC
When Annie and Peter Dueck of Altona, Manitoba visited the US capital this week, they couldn’t help but notice something was a little familiar.
“Jauma, Annie, look at the reflecting pool,” said Peter. “Looks just like Lake Winnipeg.”
Turning the Reflecting Pool green with algae is just the first step in Trump’s plan to transform the area into southern Manitoba.
“I’ve got plans. Really big plans. Next, we’re going to add a Skinners hot dog stand and an abandoned waterslide or two,” said Trump. “The entire west side of the Reflecting Pool will be clothing optional just like Patricia Beach.”
Trump unveiled an AI brainrot video showing his vision for the area.
“There’ll be algae blooms as far as the eye can see,” said Trump. “We’re also importing 200 metric tons of fishflies to roam the area.”
Trump does plan to make some slight modifications, however.
“Rather than the viking statue they’ve got there in Gimli,” said Trump, “there’ll be a 100 foot tall statue of me. Gold-plated, of course.”
The transformation of the Reflecting Pool into Lake Winnipeg is expected to last until winter, just in time for the ice fishing shacks to take over.
