Area woman Melissa Ens, 23, fully intends to warm her cold feet on any exposed part of her husband’s body tonight.
“This is what he gets for cranking the air conditioning,” says Ens. “Cold feet on a warm back. Ahh, this is what married life is all about.”
Ens’s husband Dan can’t for the life of him figure out why his wife’s feet are so cold all the time.
“I’m pretty sure her Oma knitted her some slippers last Christmas,” says Dan. “Diewel, that woman has cold feet. I think maybe she has circulation issues.”
Dan says he’d been warned about those Thiessen women and their cold feet.
“But you know, you’re young and in love. You don’t believe all the stories,” says Dan. “I assumed they were spreading these rumours to scare me off so maybe they’d get a chance with Melissa.”
Unfortunately all the rumours are true, though Dan plans to order a king size bed in a desperate and completely naive attempt to fix the issue.
