Mennonite Woman Feeds Entire Family on Costco Hot Dogs

CALGARY, AB

The Wiens family of Linden loaded up the Dodge Caravan this afternoon for their weekly trip to Costco to enjoy really cheap hot dogs.

“This time we brought along Oma and Opa and all the cousins,” said Mrs. Erna Wiens. “We can feed the entire Wiens clan for less than ten dollars.”

Erna and Harry managed to sneak in all their frintschoft past Costco security and then quickly got in line for the hot dogs.

“It’s not as good as formavorscht,” said Erna, “but it’s a heck of a lot cheaper.”

The entire cafeteria was packed with Wienses until security began to get suspicious.

“They all were wearing suspenders and button-up shirts,” said Earl Thiessen, Costco manager. “I guess they bought them in bulk.”

The Wienses even got out the crokinole boards and tutes and made it a real Wiens gathering.

“These are the best Christmas hot dogs ever,” said Timmy Wiens. “God bless us, everyone!”
