EDMONTON, AB
A referendum later this month will have Albertans voting on whether they should vote on if they should vote on if they should vote on separation.
“We tried to make things as clear as possible,” said Premier Danielle Smith. “Either you vote yes to voting on whether to vote on whether to vote on whether to vote or you vote no on whether to vote on whether to vote on whether or not to vote.”
Albertans are really excited to finally have this choice before them.
“Personally I’d prefer to vote on whether to vote on whether to vote on whether to vote to stay in Canada,” said area man Jeremy Goertzen. “But I guess voting on whether to vote on whether to vote on separation will have to do.”
Goertzen plans to vote against whether voting on whether to vote means voting on whether to vote, but knows several people who would rather vote whether or not to vote on whether or not to vote.
“I’m all for voting on whether or not to vote on whether or not to vote,” said Goertzen. “But voting on whether or not to vote or whether or not to vote on whether or not to vote is just too much.”
Albertans will vote on whether or not to vote on whether or not to vote on October 19.
