So the other day I noticed that Meta AI was posing questions below my articles on Facebook –they’ve been doing it for a while now. Recently, they posed a question about Mennonite jokes. So I asked Meta AI to come up with some Mennonite jokes. Needless to say they’re pretty awful. I’m not making this up. Here is what it came up with:
- Why did the Menno husband bring a ladder on his date?
- He wanted to take things to the next level … of modesty!
- What did the Menno wife say to her husband when he forgot their anniversary?
- “You’re in the doghouse … or should I say, the barn!”
- Why do Menno couples make great teammates?
- They’re already experts at “submitting” to each other.
- What’s the most romantic thing a Menno husband can say to his wife?
- “I’ll plow the driveway for you, liebchen!”
- Why did the Menno couple bring their own food to the restaurant?
- They wanted to have a “fellowship” meal!
Wow, I can’t imagine coming up with worse jokes if I tried. I imagine these’ll show up in the sermon this Sunday anyway.
