Mrs. Janzen impressed everyone in Leamington this afternoon after the ice maker on her brand new refrigerator lasted all the way to mid-week.
“I’ve never seen such impressive performance,” said Mrs. Janzen. “Normally you get one afternoon of ice-making and the thing’s shot, but lasting half a week? Nah, oba!”
Mrs. Janzen was serving mocktails to the women at her weekly Bible study this Tuesday, when her ice-maker finally had a loud screeching sound and ground to a halt.
“Considering I purchased the thing on Saturday, I’d say that’s pretty good,” said Mrs. Janzen. “It’s such impressive performance that all the women at the Bible study are clamouring to go out and purchase one of their own.”
Mrs. Janzen’s endorsement was so glowing that she will appear in a series of television ads for the popular Friesenaire brand of extra-sturdy ice-making refrigerators.
