Mrs. Loewen of Carman has been enlisted by Manitoba Premier Wab Kinew to dust the entire province this weekend.
“That was quite the dust storm,” said Kinew. “But luckily we have women like Mrs. Loewen who are ready and able to help us out in our time of need.”
Beginning with her own kitchen cabinets, Mrs. Loewen will work her way across the province over the coming days.
“I’ll have this province looking spick and span by faspa time on Sunday,” said Mrs. Loewen. “There’s nothing a straw broom and a bit of elbow grease can’t clean up.”
Mrs. Loewen will be followed closely by her sister Beatrice who will be giving the entire province a once over with the wet mop.
