The long anticipated Taco Bell location in Steinbach is finally open, albeit with a brand new logo that some locals are having difficulty deciphering.
“I’ll have a Doritos Locos Taco and a Cheesy Chilli burrito,” said customer Colin Unrau. “Geez, I sure love what you’ve done with the place.”
Unrau is a huge Taco Bell fan, so naturally he was first in line at the new store.
“Not sure where they keep the hot sauce,” said Unrau. “And those taco shells look a little too thick to me.”
When Unrau finally received his purchase, however, it didn’t resemble anything at all like what he ordered.
“Ugh, I was worried with the new logo that they might have gone down hill,” said Unrau. “Looks like I’ll have to find my authentic Mexican cuisine elsewhere.”
Unrau says he’ll be heading to Chihuahua this summer where he hopes his cousin can hook him up with a Chapula Supreme like the ones he remembers.
