King Charles: “White House Dinner Not as Delicious as the Vereniki I Had in Steinbach Back in 1970”

WASHINGTON, DC

King Charles III was treated to a gourmet state dinner at the White House this week, but the monarch said it failed in comparison to the most memorable meal of his life.

“I visited Steinbach with my mother back in 1970,” said His Majesty. “And I’ve been craving Mrs. Loewen’s vereniki ever since.”

Also included on that 1970 trip was a stop at the Steinbach Town Hall on Reimer Ave.

“There we had roll kuchen and rabus,” said Charles. “All these years later, I still dream about that food.”

While in Steinbach, Charles also took a shine to knacking zoat.

“We haven’t touched His Majesty’s zoat pile,” said Steinbach mayor Earl Funk. “We got a velvet rope around it and it’s sat there for over 50 years.”

Some say the success of the Steinbach meal was largely due to the fact the menu was selected by LA Barkman instead of Donald Trump.
