Frost Warning Issued for Friesen and Froese

FRIEDENSFELD, MB

Froeses and Friesens of Fridensfeld are frantically flailing about to fortify their flowers and fruit this Friday following a forewarning about a first frost.

“Frida and I nearly fe’schlucked when we found out about the fall frost,” said Froese. “For sure we fenced off our flax, fennel, and foxgloves.”

Frida Froese is frightened her flowers might falter in the frost, but Friesen is more phlegmatic about their footing.

“That Froese is always making a fuss,” said Friesen, “but I’m not flustered. I’m fast on my feet and have Francis Fuchs and Fanny Funk to foster and facilitate.”

Further facts and figures about the Froese and Friesen flowers are forthcoming.
