Canada Loses to Morocco After Not Getting Enough Pucks to the Net

HOUSTON, TX

Team Canada lost 3-nil to Morocco last night after failing to get enough pucks to the net.

“Plus they just weren’t getting in there on the forecheck,” said sports expert Jeremy Goertzen. “I’d also say they don’t have a strong enough third line.”

Team Canada started off strong with a solid power play, but gave up too many chances on the penalty kill.

“They really fell apart in the third period,” said Goertzen. “After that Morroco just took over the game with their superior passing and physical play.”

This is the first time Canada has lost to Morocco, which had Canadian fans embarrassed at the performance.

“What’s next? Losing to Paraguay?” said Goertzen.

The tournament will continue this week with Mexico facing England at the arena in Mitchell, Manitoba.
